Barboursville
Community Park: 460 acres of well-designed landscaped park.
Three fishing lakes, ball fields, tennis courts, walking and bike
trails, play grounds, basketball courts and picnicking areas. To

Camp
Mad Anthony Wayne: Set in a sylvan setting seven miles
west of downtown Huntington, this camp features a picturesque lodge
that hosts parties, workshops and reunions. Overnight and day accommodations

Harris Riverfront Park:
Boat races, concerts and romantic riverside walks are all a part

Jefferson
Park: Beautiful but small park offering only basketball

Memorial
Park and Arch: Dedicated to those lost in World War
I, this picturesque arch and adjacent tree line park affords visitors
and picnickers alike pleasurable opportunities. Be sure to bring

Ritter
Park: West Virginia's premiere municipal park, this
70 acre gem, nestled among some of Huntington's finer homes, contains
a walking/jogging path, award winning children's playground, 11
hard surface tennis courts, indoor tennis Oct.-May, national test
rose garden, outdoor amphitheater and 39 species of trees. 8th St-12th

Rotary
Park: Youth sports,
picnicking and walking in Huntington's largest park containing an
observation tower. Also contains the area's only disc golf course.

Virginia
Point Park: West Virginia's most westerly point. This park
is located on the confluence of the Ohio and Big Sandy rivers in
Kenova. With views of Ohio and Kentucky, its amenities include:
overnight campgrounds, boat launching ramp, and the park system's

Westmoreland
