In Downtown Huntington between 7th and 8th Streets in the Central Business district. Convenient to existing bus system and adjacent to US Route 60 and served by Interstate 64. The Great Hall consists of 60,000 square feet that can be expanded to 86,000 square feet by incorporating the lobby and concourse areas. The Great Hall is supported by four concession stands, restrooms, a large storage/staging area vending/commissary rooms and technical booths. The Great Hall is divisible by an electrically operated soundproof wall into two halls of 20,000 and 40,000 square feet for smaller events. Space is clear spanned, free of columns and has a ceiling height of forty feet. Fixed and comfortable seating is mounted on an electrically operated telescoping platform which transforms the vast Exhibit Hall into a spectacular Arena.

The Conference Center
More than 15,000 square feet, including entry lobby, lounge and restroom facilities. Fully equipped catering kitchen. Two large suites can be divided into three smaller rooms. One suite has a permanent dance floor area. Conference Center also has six separate meeting rooms to accommodate multiple functions.

The Civic Arena is completely air conditioned with two unloading areas, independent utilities, 110/220 power outlets, telephones, broadcast conduits, forklifts, load levelers.

Housing Accommodations: Housing on the Marshall University campus is provided in the Twin Towers Residence Hall complex and the new Marshall Commons suites residence halls.

Food & Beverage Facilities: Can provide a variety of settings for your conference, meetings, banquets, tours, etc. Full dining services as well as a complete catering service is available. Our dining staff can accommodate your group's needs, whether you are seeking a simple luncheon or an elegant formal dinner.

Our Herd Heaven & Rotunda is a majestic space that promises elegance and class. Your guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the second floor mezzanine prior to your event.

Rent this space for a small rehearsal dinner or a bridal shower, or on the day of the wedding for the bridal party to dress, snack and relax.

Savannah’s offers a variety of spaces for your event.  The Magnolia Room catering area, located on the 1^st floor by their award-winning Bistro, holds 60-80 for dinner or 90-100 for cocktails and appetizers- room fee  $400. The use of Outside Patio area is also included with Magnolia Room rental.  It is perfect for Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Cocktail Parties, Christmas Parties, Wedding & Baby Showers, Business Meetings and more.

With 3 additional rooms on the restaurant’s 2nd floor, the Mayors Room seats 15 and has room to move or stand about for cocktails- Room Fee $100.  Also available, the Presidents Room seats 12 at 1 table- room fee $50 and the Governors Room seats 12 at 3 tables-room fee $50.
